Shipping Overview

Processing Times

Business days: Orders placed before 12:00 PM local warehouse time usually process the same day; otherwise next business day. High-volume drops may add 1–2 days.

Verification: Adult-use (21+) and retailer license checks may be required before release.

Transit & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers with tracking. Standard, Expedited, and Priority options appear at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are shown per service level.

Cut-off times, courier pick-ups, and route distance influence delivery. Weather or carrier disruptions can extend timelines; we’ll keep you updated on significant delays.

Delivery & Order Issues

Address Accuracy

Confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute once a label is created. If you spot an error within 30 minutes of ordering, email us immediately at Contact@frydcart.com.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Email clear photos of the box (inside & out), packing slip, and the affected item(s) to Contact@frydcart.com so we can validate and assist quickly.

Lost in Transit

If tracking stalls or shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, email Contact@frydcart.com within 48 hours. We’ll open a carrier investigation and update you on next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Unopened, unused items in original packaging are returnable within 14 days of delivery. For safety and compliance, consumables and used devices are not returnable unless defective on arrival.

Defects on Arrival (DOA)

For hardware that fails out of the box, email Contact@frydcart.com within 7 days. After validation, we’ll arrange a reship or refund according to your preference and local policy.

How to Start a Return

Email Contact@frydcart.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll issue instructions and, when approved, a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected (or the claim is otherwise validated). Banks may take 3–10 business days to post.

Reships

When eligible, we can reship once per order after validation. Reships follow standard transit times. If the original lot is unavailable, a comparable replacement or refund is offered.

Exclusions

We do not refund delays due to incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or carrier/weather disruptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.

Authenticity & Safety

Genuine Inventory

We authenticate packaging, verify batch IDs, and provide documentation when supplied. If a product cannot be verified, we will not ship it.

Storage & Handling

To preserve terpene expression and device integrity, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Follow device usage instructions.

Health & Safety

No medical claims. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or sensitive to cannabinoids. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
